You

Paying
for your holiday
- A
provisional booking will be held for a
maximum of 7 days. If the deposit
if not forwarded then this is
accepted as a non-booking.
- A
£100 deposit is payable on booking.
This is then deemed as a contract for
the dates specified and for the persons
named on booking form only.
Any additional guests are by written
permission only from owners.
- The
remaining balance is due 8 weeks before your
holiday commences. If
balance is not forwarded at this time
this is deemed as a non booking.
- Bookings
made less than 8 weeks before your holiday
are due in full and
payment in full must be
accompanied with booking
form.
- Payment
by cheque (payable Mr & Mrs S. Turner).
Alternatively if you
wish to pay by card you can do so via
Paypal® online. This service will incur an additional 5% to your total
payment each use.
- Online
shopping must be arranged yourself but
please let us know, deliveries
should be after 10am on arrival day.
Organic
vegetable boxes can also be
ordered and paid on line direct.
They can then be collected after
arrival.
Cancellation
- In
event of cancellation you must contact us at
the earliest opportunity
in writing.
- Cancellations
made more than 8 weeks will result in loss
of deposit only.
- Cancellations
made less than 8 weeks away will result in
loss of full
amount and outstanding balance (if
not paid yet) is still due to us.
- We
will endeavour to re-let your accommodation.
If this is possible we
will refund the balance (subject to
the price we re-let).
- We
advise all guests to take out holiday
cancellation insurance to cover
any eventuality.
Your
accommodation
- Your
accommodation is available from 3pm on
arrival date and must be
vacated by 10am on departure date.
- Please
advise us of your arrival time.
By arrangement only, you may
arrive earlier and drop off luggage
and collect keys.
You can then return
later at your convenience that day.
- In
the event of damages, breakages or
non-function please contact us
immediately. We can then replace or repair object. In the event of serious
damage we reserve the right to make a
charge.
- The
accommodation is strictly non smoking.
Guests are welcome to
smoke outdoors.
- In
the event of a complaint, please contact the
owners immediately so
that the situation can be swiftly
rectified.
- We
accept no liability for any accident,
injury, loss or damage
experienced by any guests, visitor or
to their belongings, however caused.
- Please
leave the accommodation in the same state as
you found it.
- There
will be an additional charge if the
accommodation is left in
an unsatisfactory condition.
